The AURA Room is a multi award winning, private, one to one setting in Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny. It is owned and run by Castlecomer native Grace O'Grady where she works solo.
Grace has over 18 years industry experience, specialising in advanced skincare and clinical treatments since 2013. In this area she is constantly upskilling and keeping ahead in advancements in the industry to deliver the best skin health and positive pro-ageing results. She believes in promoting positive pro-ageing and amazing results with collagen production the non-surgical, non-injectable way.
She has worked as a leading skin specialist in award winning salons and clinics in Kilkenny, Dublin & Australia, before settling back to her hometown of Castlecomer and opening AURA.
Grace holds over 30 qualifications in all aspects of the industry, including Holistic Therapies and has a huge passion for Energy Healing, in which she is a Reiki Master Practitioner, Sound Therapist and a Board Registered Reflexologist with NRRI membership.
She is also fully qualified in Oncology Aesthetic Treatments through OTI Ireland and offers safe beauty and holisitc services to people living with cancer or who have beaten cancer in the past, in the safe, private setting that in AURA Clinic.

Her most recent venture is bringing her holistic healing into group environments. Having noticed a void in mediation classes during daytime and childcare hours AURA Sound bath Mediations will be launching September 2025, starting off every second Monday Morning and one afternoon per month from Aanahata Yoga Centre at The Castlecomer Discovery Park. Soundbaths are also availble for booking for private groups.
