Sound baths offer a variety benefits, primarily related to stress reduction, relaxation, and improved well-being. They induce a state of deep relaxation, potentially lower blood pressure, and improve sleep quality. Many find that sound baths reduce anxiety, promote emotional release, and even enhance creativity and intuition.
Please note: Sound baths are not suitable for any who has a pace maker/defibrator or cardiac arythemias do to electromagnatic field changes from the sound waves, same applies to cochlear implants. They are also not suitable for anyone with deep vein thrombosis or blood clots due to movement in the body caused from the sound. It is also not recommended for people who suffer with epilespy - especially sound induced and during the first trimester of pregancy. If your body has been through any major trauma in the last 3-6 months please consult your GP. If you have metal plates/pins please consult Grace at the beginning of class
