Reflexology is a treatment through the feet that balances and clear blockages in the body's energy through manipulations and pressure point techniques. It works of the same principles as acupuncture in treating the energy zones we have running through our body. We work off foot maps that refer to every part of the body.
By manipulating a blockage felt in the reflex area on the foot it removes the blockage in our energy zone, allowing our energy run freely again and the body heals itself. It is hugely beneficial for many ailments. We are registered on the National Reflexology register which makes Reflexology at Aura redeemable through your health insurer.
Treatment includes full reflexology session, foot massage and essential oil infusion with heated booties - 1 hour of pure relaxation.

Seichem is a stronger system than Reiki, with additional clearing power. Along with harnessing the energy from the Earth Energy(Reiki) it also harness the energy from all the elements (Fire, Water, Air & Spirit) and encourages a faster and more dramatic healing. Reiki & Seichem work by treating the body's energy field (Aura) and reduces stress and enhances the body’s own innate ability to heal itself on all levels. If you have not had energy healing before then normal reiki is recommended first as it is a gentler healing/clearance on the body/mind post treatment. We would recommend only regular Reiki during pregnancy also.

Sound therapy is an ancient healing practice using Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments such as crystal bowls, tuning forks and drums to aid healing in the body. It is an energy balancing treatment which releases trapped energy from our physical and auric bodies. It uses different vibrations and frequencies to clear the chakra system and causes a physical movement throughout the cells of our body.
A process called entrainment will make our body and brain relax and mirror with the frequencies around it, aiding us in accessing both our para-sympathetic nervous system and states of brain waves that we usually only access when we are asleep, aiding the bodies relaxation, rest and healing.
Stronger than a sound bath, during a 1-1 immersive sound session the bowls are placed directly onto the body. A powerful, relaxing, must try treatment.

Hopi Ear Candling (also known as Thermal Auricular Therapy) is a pleasant and non-invasive treatment of the ears, used to treat a variety of conditions. The ear candles induce a revitalising heat upon the head and ears, which soothes, relieves and relaxes. It is a deeply relaxing and calming treatment in cases of anxiety and stress. The candles are used to treat many ailments, including migraine and headaches, catarrh, sore throats, sinusitis, tonsillitis, flu and excessive ear wax.
